Road Dahl (1916-1990) books for <\/span>children must be part of everyone\u2019s childhood souvenirs. For me at least, his\n stories convey moments of carefreeness and lightness. I remember wishing for a bar of chocolate with a golden ticket inside it before realising that I never won anything in these kinds of giveaways. James and the Giant Peach was\n my favourite story. This book followed me throughout my teenage years, when the English teacher asked me to choose a book to talk about at the end of the school year. I don\u2019t know Roald Dahl\u2019s novels, but have read the two volumes\n of short stories. For the moment, I will concentrate on reading or re-reading his children\u2019s novels.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
