Les environs, avec l&#8217;Arno qui coule \u00e0 travers le village, sont toujours aussi charmants. Le restaurant n&#8217;a pas chang\u00e9 et il y a toujours les trois menus :&nbsp;Territoire, Recherche et V\u00e9g\u00e9tal.&nbsp;Nous avons test\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e le menu V\u00e9g\u00e9tal, parfait. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accommodants et ont propos\u00e9 des p\u00e2tes toutes simples pour une demoiselle un peu difficile. Grande nouveaut\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e : une belle et brillante \u00e9toile Michelin.
