Il y a au milieu d&#8217;Arezzo, un tout petit restaurant \u00e9toil\u00e9. Le cadre est tr\u00e8s chic, mais tout le reste est un peu surfait. Un seul menu sur la carte, avec accord mets et vin, ou jus de Kombucha si nous avions voulu. Tout vient avec des descriptions interminables, des phrases d\u00e9bordantes de fioritures qui ne veulent plus rien dire, un langage pr\u00e9cieux. Douze plats, finalement assez quelconques, avec une utilisation excessive du vinaigre.
