So he cuts down the Truffula trees, ignoring the warnings of the Lorax, a creature who &#8220;speaks for the trees&#8221;. When the last tree is cut down and nature is destroyed, the animals and the Lorax disappear. For years, the Once-ler regrets his actions. One day, a little boy comes to ask about the story. The Once-ler gives him the last of the Truffula seeds, hoping he will restore the forest. A book written 50 years ago with a simple message about environmental responsibility and consumerism, a simple message that we don&#8217;t seem to understand. For children, but not only\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;But now,&#8221; says the Once-ler, &#8220;Now that you&#8217;re here, the word of the Lorax seems perfectly clear. UNLESS someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better.
