Ivy and Theo Rose seem to have the perfect life: a successful marriage, two children and promising careers. But everything changes when Theo\u2019s architectural project collapses during a storm, while Ivy\u2019s restaurant becomes a huge success. Their lives slowly drift apart, resentment surfaces, their frustrations and insecurities turn into bitterness, and their marriage starts to fall apart. Based on a seemingly ordinary couple\u2019s relationship, this film is brilliantly acted. Olivia Colman and Benedict Cumberbatch are wonderful in the central roles, delivering witty and deeply satirical dialogue. Behind the humour, however, lies the sadness of a marriage collapsing after years of love, reminding us how fragile relationships can be. A truly enjoyable cinematic experience, with two actors I absolutely adore – especially Cumberbatch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
