Seth and Richie have robbed a bank and are on the run, trying to cross the border into Mexico. Along the way, they kill several people and kidnap a father, his two children, and their mobile home. Once across the border, they stop at the Titty Twister, a strip club where Carlos is supposed to meet them the following morning and help them disappear. Up to this point, the film is a fairly straightforward gangster movie. But, although Tarantino only wrote the screenplay and did not direct it, the story soon takes a completely unexpected turn, descending into a gory zombie-like horror film. There isn’t much of a plot after that, but there are a few laughs, mostly thanks to scenes that are pushed so far into the absurd that they become surreal. The film offers a little taste of the kind of wild, irreverent cinema Tarantino would go on to develop in his later work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
