One year of yoga teacher training, ten weekends either in person or online with amazing teachers, all different, all complementary. A mix of theoretical knowledge on the chakras and the ten bodies and loads of practice of the different kriyas. This teaching is also without dogma and with an open style compared to what can be in Kundalini Yoga. The 200h course ended with a retreat in Kiental, a wonderful place, for four days of intense sharing, practising incredible kriyas and testing our limits. Discovering Kundalini was awakening and giving myself permission to do this, a gift.

“Imagine there’s no heaven
It’s easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us, only sky

Imagine all the people
Livin’ for today
Ah

Imagine there’s no countries
It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion, too

Imagine all the people
Livin’ life in peace
You

You may say I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope someday you’ll join us
And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man

Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world
You

You may say I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope someday you’ll join us
And the world will live as one”
