On the Viking island of Berk, a young, inventive Viking named Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III struggles to fit in because he isn’t a natural warrior. During a dragon attack, he shoots down a rare Night Fury but can’t bring himself to kill it. Instead, he befriends the dragon, whom he names Toothless. As Hiccup learns that dragons aren’t monsters and together the Vikings and dragons defeat the giant dragon forcing the others to attack humans. Berk becomes a place where humans and dragons live together peacefully. This is a charming film and Toothless is so cute, difficult to not like him.
