A guy, who would like to be a filmmaker but can’t find a job, decides to try and earn money shooting stock photos. He leads us through his filming and his state of mind, depressed, disillusioned… but funny. A hymn to all the creatives of these last years.
“Came back to the aquarium today, to try and film more frogs or fish as that seems to be the way to go but, to be honest, I’m just living in fear of bumping into someone from high school, or one of my Mum’s friends recognising me. I can imagine them saying to my Mum : “Oh Duncan looks like he is doing well, I saw him filming some fish on Tuesday morning” or “I saw him lying in a flowerbed trying to film daffodils” or “Throwing rocks in the water repeatedly down at the beach last Thursday. You must be so proud.”
