With the same humour and wit as his “Boot Camp for the Brain”, Derren Brown takes us through the flaws of our brains. Coping with emotions, navigating through relationships, feeling constantly worried and how to, maybe, find a path to happiness. A really interesting podcast and the kind that should be listenent to more than once. I only regret that there is no way, as for his other podcast, to find the references to the people, websites and books that he mentions throughout the podcast. Will listen again not driving my car.
