This war film is set during the last months of World War II in April 1945. The story follows Don, a battle-hardened U.S. Army sergeant, who commands a Sherman tank named Fury and its five-man crew. The crew includes a rookie named Norman, who will quickly learn the harsh realities of war. The film demonstrates the brutality of tank warfare and the bonds formed between soldiers during battle. The themes of bravery and sacrifice are explored, with a remarkable final scene emphasizing these themes. Terrible, gut-wrenching, but an outstanding film, especially the Don portrayed by Brad Pitt.

“Ideals are peaceful; history is violent.”
