After the 200h teacher training, another year of yoga. Same structure, ten weekends either in person or online, same amazing teachers. Digging further in theoretical knowledge with numerology, learning celestial communication, a technology inherent to kundalini, and going further in the meditations and kriyas. The 300h course ended again with a retreat in Kiental with a morning of tantric yoga, that explodes the limits of the being. Amazing. To acquire the 500h teacher certificate, we had to complete the Karma project, bringing yoga to people who wouldn’t spontaneously do yoga. This was done in a particular nursing home, where residents are mainly retired elderly people, but where there are also younger residents with physical and/or psychological disabilities. This was an incredible experience, really gratifying. Another fabulous year of learning. Yoga will never leave my life now.
