A little girl full of courage wants to see Nian, a ferocious monster that hunts people on New Year’s Eve. She discovers him in the forest and becomes his friend. She would like to introduce him to the village, but the monster is scared by the fireworks and disappears. Her parents are afraid for her but have to understand and overcome their scare.
