An Udemy course on breathwork through eight different practices. First, there are elements of theory and suggested variations for each specific practice so that you can learn them correctly. Then, there are eight complete practices, with 3 x 10 rounds of each type of breathing. This is a short and resourceful course to implement these breathings alone or as part of a yoga class. I’m not sure that I understand the difference between breathing and pranayama, but it’s not essential.
