Judy Hopps is a little rabbit from a rural town where she is bullied as a child by predators. She fulfils her childhood dream and becomes a police officer. When she arrives in the big city, even though she was the best in her class, she is assigned to parking duty. She meets Nick, a sly fox. From one thing to another, she launches herself with Nick to find Emmitt, an otter that has mysteriously disappeared with 14 other predators. The mayor has, in fact, imprisoned them because they have turned back into savage beasts. He is himself imprisoned, and Bellwether takes his place as mayor. Judy and Nick discover in the end that Bellwether has poisoned the animals because she is part of a prey-supremacist conspiracy. Everything turns out well in the end, like a classical Disney film, with even Nick being admitted as a police officer, the first time for a fox. Cute film, with loads of politically correct themes, feminism, diversity, trust, and tolerance.

“Life’s a little bit messy. We all make mistakes. No matter what type of animal you are, change starts with you.”
