The film follows a group of scientists and guests invited to preview a revolutionary theme park where dinosaurs have been brought back to life through genetic engineering. When a security failure causes the park’s systems to collapse, the dinosaurs escape, and the visitors must fight for survival as chaos overtakes the island. There is not much more to add, except that I was struck by how well the film holds up: more than thirty years later, it still feels impressive and far from outdated.
