Pupils from a high school were given an assignment. They had to write to a renowned author and ask her or him to come to their school. Only one author answered: Kurt Vonnegut. He didn’t go to the school but wrote back this cute letter. You can find this letter on Letters of Note, an “online museum of correspondence which has been celebrating the humble letter”. An amazing project.
